Returns or Exchanges

accept returns or exchanges for any products once sold, except in the case
of manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects
Returns will
only be accepted if the product:
- Has a clear manufacturing
defect
- Is unused and in its
original packaging
- Is reported within 3 days of
delivery

3. Time
Limit for Claims
All claims
regarding defects or damage must be raised within 3 days of receiving
the product. Claims made after this period will not be accepted under
any circumstances.

Refunds
If your
return request is approved due to a manufacturing defect:
- We will either issue a replacement
or a refund, depending on product availability.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be
processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Brand
Warranties & Guarantees
Some
products may come with warranties or guarantees offered by their respective
brands. In such cases:

responsibility
for after-sale support.
- Customers must directly contact
the brand’s official customer service or service centers for warranty
