At 9hatts.com, we strive to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Below are the key details of our shipping policy:


Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours (e.g., evenings or weekends) will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Transit Times

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated transit times can be provided once your order has been shipped.

Note: Transit times begin once the carrier has received your package.


Holiday Shipping Exceptions

Shipping and processing times may be delayed during holidays observed by our team or carriers (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, etc.). Orders placed on or near holidays may not be processed until the next business day. We recommend placing orders early during peak holiday seasons to account for potential delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship PAN India. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.


Unforeseen Delays

While we aim to meet all timelines, delays due to carrier issues, weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. 9hatts.com is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit, but we’ll gladly assist in resolving issues with the carrier.
